Causes of most illnesses

I read somewhere and I used to hear my parents say this also that if your blood is impure, your chances of becoming sick is very high.  Some of the causes of impure blood is improper breathing, badly ventilated homes, lack of exercise, wrong diet or over eating.  Drinking impure water and food fermented in the stomach can also cause ailment.  I always advise my clients to eat their fruits in the mornings. Wait at least half hour before and after eating fruits to eat anything else. Fruits should be consumed by itself, especially melons and grapes so as to avoid fermentation .  Impure blood can also contribute to jaundice, boils rashes, pimples, and nervousness. Yes nervousness!!  To cleanse the blood, eat a regular and nourishing diet, keep the bowels moving 3 - 4 times daily.  Use lots of fresh and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, mostly raw.  Drink plenty of fresh water, exercise, rest, relax and keep the house ventilated.  Molasses and Aloe Vera mix together is a good cleanser.  Make sure you check with your Doctor before tryig this.
