My name is Goslet Piper.  I hail from the islands of Trinidad and St. Vincent in the Caribbean.  I have been an educator for the past twenty-five years.  I recently retired from elementary school.  Presently I am an associate adjunct professor at a college in New york.  I grew up on natural foods in the island, so I always had a passion for the natural way of life.  My parents would always give us a natural remedy for any illness.

For the last twenty years or so I have consume my myself in finding out how natural remedies work for health and wellness. I am presently being trained as a Certified Health and Wellness Coach.  I know there is a lot of information out there, but I would like to simplify it for my clients.  I would like to help everyone heal themselves naturally and live a healthy life.


RedCabbage

Cooking some red cabbage today. One cup of chopped red cabbage has 28 calories, .l gram of fat and l gram of protein, fifty-six percent of the recommended daily intake of Vitamin C, thirty-three percent of the recommended daily intake of Vitamin A, and twenty-eight percent of the daily intake of Vitamin K. In April 2012 Vanderbilt University Medical Center had a research result showing that breast cancer survivals who ate red cabbage and other cruciferous vegetables reduced the risk of dying by 62 percent. So eat up that cabbage, especially the red.
My Favorite Red Cabbage Recipe

3 cups red cabbage
2 Tbsp Olive oil
1/2 chopped onion
2 gloves garlic (chopped)
Your favorite seasonings
Brags amino acid
1/2 tsp Tumeric
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

Method
Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil
Add cabbage and stir. If it sticks to pot, add a little water
Add seasonings
Cook until tender. Spring Tumeric and cayenne pepper
