Homemade Calcium supplement
Do you know you can make your own calcium.? Well according to my trusted friend you can make your own daily calcium supplement by getting a glass jar and fill it halfway with organic crushed eggshells. Then get some vinegar and pour over covering the eggshells. Cover jar and let sit for about 2 weeks.
Strain, then take 1 to 3 tablespoons daily. You can also use as a salad dressing, in sauces, or just add some honey or agave for a refreshing drink. Great for those bones.
